Extra Heavy Duty Particleboard Core Construction Unfinished Premier Grade Veneer

Rotary Cut:  This cut is achieved by peeling the entire log.  This is the only cutting method that can produce full sheets of veneers.  Rotary cut will yield veneer with a broad grain pattern and no plain sliced or quartered appearance.  This process yields the most veneer per log and is usually less expensive than sliced veneer.

• 3⁄4” Undercut doors are undersized by 7⁄8”, allowing 1⁄8” clearance at top and 3⁄4” at bottom
• All doors up to 7’11”:  2” Top and Bottom Rails, 2” Stiles on both sides
• All doors 8’0” and above:  6” Top and Bottom Rails, 2” Stiles on both sides
• All doors B2 3/16 (bevel both sides 3/32” each side)
• Frame:  Dry Pine Wood (approx. density 500kg/m3)
• Core:  38mm (1.5") Solid Particleboard Core (density 700kg/m3)
• Cross Banding:  3mm (0.118") HDF on each side (density 850kg/m3)
