Plain Sliced is a cut of wood is also common and is known by its "slicing" method. The board is cut, turned 90 degrees, then cut again. Plain Sliced veneer is cut along the growth rings, and produces a cathedral grain pattern. It is generally the least expensive slicing method.

• 3⁄4” Undercut doors are undersized by 7⁄8”, allowing 1⁄8” clearance at top and 3⁄4” at bottom
• All doors up to 7’11”:  2” Top and Bottom Rails, 2” Stiles on both sides
• All doors 8’0” and above:  6” Top and Bottom Rails, 2” Stiles on both sides
• All doors B2 3/16 (bevel both sides 3/32” each side)
• Frame:  Dry Pine Wood (approx. density 500kg/m3)
• Core:  38mm (1.5") Solid Particleboard Core (density 700kg/m3)
• Cross Banding:  3mm (0.118") HDF on each side (density 850kg/m3)
